The higher the volume and accuracy you need, the more you’ll benefit from the Graph-X-Cutter. This CNC digital finishing system comes with a standard router spindle of 0.4 HP and 23,000 RPM, and a tool diameter of up to ¼” (6 mm). You can configure up to 2 tangential knife receivers. You can use just about any type of cutting technique you want (oscillating, ultrasonic, utility, kiss, 45 degree, and more).
Optionally, you can also include the MultiVision Digital Registration system. This digital camera and software automatically recognizes media marks on your project and automatically compensates for skew, distortion, and image drift. In other words, it boosts accuracy by reducing operator error and improves speed. If you need an intensely high level of accuracy, you can use CAD/CAM software with this CNC digital finishing system.
The Graph-X-Cutters’ gantry has been custom engineered and precision machined by MultiCam to further enhance speed and accuracy. The high-torque, brushless AC servo motors used to drive the 3 axes accelerate the gantry and cut quality even further.
