Description

The SAGA UV-F is a multipurpose UV cured ink offering extended media compatibility with good flexibility.
This ink will adhere well to Polypropylene Flute, Hips Styrene, ABS styrene, Decorative applications on Glass, Extruded Acrylic,

    Cast Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Pressure Sensitive vinyl’s and PVC, giving a great colour gamut and good curing on multiple printer platforms including both roll to roll and rigid presses. The SAGA UV-F also offers great printer reliability and excellent image quality with only the most robust pigment chemistries being used to ensure the best possible outdoor durability.

    LIGHT FASTNESS

    • The SAGA UV-F series ink is designed using the highest quality raw materials and process methods. Provided the inks are used in regular applications, using suitable substrates, the printed images will not fade unduly for at least two years in Mid European conditions.
    • SAGA inks are tested for light fastness according to the ISO 11341 specification, using Avery 1005 self-adhesive cast vinyl substrate.

     
    SHELF LIFE

    • The SAGA UV-F series ink has a shelf life of 12 months.
    • The SAGA UV-F White ink has a shelf life of 6 months.

     
    PRINT HEAD COMPATIBILITY

    The SAGA UV-F series ink is designed for printers using the Spectra SL 128 30/50/80pl, Spectra Nova 256 80pl, Spectra Galaxy 256 80pl, Ricoh Gen 3 E3 & 4 E1, Konica Minolta KM 512M 14p, and Toshiba Tech CA4W print head technologies.
